Chirpy Delivery ("Chirpy", "we"), operated by Uri Ben-Ezer, runs a food ordering and delivery service in Miami Beach, Florida, through WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Your WhatsApp phone number and the messages you send to Chirpy.
Order details: restaurant, items, totals, tip, delivery address and any notes you give us.
Payment confirmation (for example, that a payment was received). We do not store card numbers.

How we use it

To take, price, deliver and support your orders.
To send you updates about your order on WhatsApp.
To share what's needed with the restaurant preparing your order and the driver delivering it (items, name, delivery address, phone).

Messages are processed with automated tools, including AI, to understand your order and reply. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to exchange messages, Google Firebase to store orders, and Anthropic to process messages with AI. They handle data on our behalf under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Chat history is kept for a few hours to handle your order. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, support and legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by messaging Chirpy on WhatsApp and saying "delete my data". Stop messaging us and we won't contact you except about an open order.
